Meet the Team
“Combine decades of clinical health care, health care management and service business excellence–and add to that the heart to hug a homeless man on the streets–and you get the only company I want caring for my mom.”
Judy Loubier, who was raised in New York and Maine, has lived in Southern New Hampshire since 1986 after she graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in physical therapy. She has been a practicing physical therapist for 28 years, and has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, school districts and outpatient rehabs. Throughout those years, Judy gained a deep understanding of the challenges that family members face as they struggle to provide care to loved ones. When providing therapy services in a skilled nursing facility Judy realized that a vital aspect of senior caregiving is the relationships that are built. As she has assisted in providing care to her mother, Judy learned firsthand about the knowledge, time, energy and commitment that is so necessary to lovingly support parents.
Randy Loubier, who was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, spent most of his youth in Maine. After serving in the Air Force, he received a BA in Finance from The University of New Mexico and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Randy spent his early career in business finance, working first for AT&T, and later writing legislation with the Brookings Institution for small business loans for those struggling economically. Randy returned to New England (NH) in 1993 to be closer to his parents, becoming the Chief Operating Officer for Atomic USA where he focused on developing superior customer service. Randy now runs Heart for God Ministries, a street ministry in Southern New Hampshire. Judy and Randy both have roots in Maine and enjoy time at their summer home in Belgrade Lakes.
Ben Paquin was born in Granby, Quebec, Canada and raised in Nashua, NH where he learned the inseparable values of community and family. During his education and career, Ben has always been inspired by servant-leader values. He earned a BS at Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce. Ben is intimately involved in his community with his lifelong friend and loving wife Nancy, where he volunteers with a local Christian mission providing financial assistance and mentoring support. He also volunteers as a small group leader as part of a Christian recovery group sponsored by Heart of God Ministries.
Nancy Paquin was born in northern Massachusetts and moved to southern New Hampshire in 1970. She was a stay-at-home Mom while raising her three children until they were all in school, at which point she earned her accounting certificate. For the past 25 years she held general accounting positions until 2009 when she left her job to bring her parents to live with her and Ben. Both parents were experiencing several serious health issues and Nancy’s maternal instincts kicked in knowing she and Ben could make a difference in the quality of her parent’s lives for their remaining years. Her mother continues to live with them and has a very content and gently active life. Nancy also enjoys being active in her church and is involved with inner city ministry in her community. Through the years of caring for her parents, Nancy has a tender place in her heart for seniors and understands the need to be loved gently, respected and cared for with dignity.
